Texas women need access to care.
Join us in breaking down barriers in the healthcare workforce.
The Problem
Texas is among the lowest performing states for women’s health outcomes. And 46% of counties in the state are defined as maternity care deserts. Texas women and moms desperately need access to care, especially in our rural and underserved communities.
The Solution
There are tens of thousands Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Texas who are willing and ready to provide high-quality, affordable women’s health care close to home. But right now, Texas law stands in their way. We need to remove barriers to our women’s healthcare workforce, like nurse practitioners, so all Texas women can access the care they need.
